This design was inspired by the texture and splatters of Element, a Jade Curtiss of Tales of the Abyss fan site. Michelle @ Meteor-Smash.Org always has such brilliant designs, and I always seem to be motivated by her creativity and skill. An official Namco image of Regal was used. Paint drip brushes from Brusheezy.
